Lady Figurine On Side Of Boat With A Bird-Bisque Porcelain-Signed dep - $55 (Billings)

This is an old figure/figurine of a lady sitting on the side of a boat with a bird on the front of the boat to her right.
There are flowers at the base, and the pedestal is shaped like the bottom of a shoe.
The piece appears to have no cracks, chips or crazing.
The bottom of the lady's dress appears to be unfinished to show the waviness of a women's dress and the tip of her shoe sticking out under her dress.
I think the piece had color but is mostly worn off, or it is dust that is worn into the piece over the years.
There is a hole in the back of the lady's waist perhaps for air or the baking process.
The highest point is 4 3/4 inches and the widest point is about 5 inches and the base is 4 inches wide.

I think this piece is an antique and made of bisque porcelain but I am not an expert.
Bisque porcelain or bisque is a type of not glazed, white porcelain with a matte appearance and texture to the touch.
It has been widely used in European pottery mainly for objects that are not tableware so glaze is not used for protection.
Beautiful piece for $55.
