This darling house is for rent again since the workers in the area have moved east to Roundup.
We have this house listed on Airbnb, but want to see if there's any interest in renting it long term.
Long term is available through Airbnb, but it is a small fortune of around $7,000, so we're starting with $1600 per month plus a damage deposit of $2,000.
The remainder of propane will be charged at $2 per gallon and it is the tenant's responsibility to purchase more propane.

It's a premium package and cannot be changed or transferred.
Electricity is through Fergus and you will need to set up your own account with them.
