*DESCRIPTION*: Responsible for cleanliness of an assigned area (may include, but not limited to: offices, classrooms, break rooms, restrooms, entrances, hallways, parking lots, playgrounds, etc.
) Empty wastebaskets, dust, vacuum, sweep and/or mop floors, shampoo carpets, strip & wax floors (if needed), wash walls, windows, window seals, and may include minor pest control tactics (removal of insects/rodents); etc.
Install/Move/Assemble various office equipment.
Work on ladders or stepping stools to replace burned out light bulbs or adjust ceiling boards.
Perform snow and ice removal, weed removal, indoor/outdoor building security, and other related duties.
Work outdoors in temperatures below 32 degrees and above 90 degrees.
(As needed).
Monitor supplies and orders from vendors, as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Report to supervisor on daily basis.
