Join the Briess Team! We are currently hiring for a Full Time Production Team Member in our Ralston Facility Briess Industries is a leading manufacturer of malted barley and other natural specialty food ingredients.

Elevator Production Team Member’s are responsible for loading and unloading of of semi-trailers or rail cars, barley transfers, sanitation of associated areas, space fumigation, and other duties as assigned.
Starting pay of $24.
00 an hour.
Duties Include: 1.
Enter into plant operating system commands for product transfer.
2.
Position semi-trailers or rail cars, sample, do quality check on product, program operating system, and unload semi-trailers or rail cars 3.
Position semi-trailers or rail cars, inspect/clean hoppers, program operating system, and load semi-trailers or rail cars 4.
Operate Seed Plant cleaning line and perform quality checks on finished product.
5.
Basic maintenance, i.
e.
greasing, checking belts, replacing bearings, etc.
6.
Operate various equipment, i.
e.
carpuller, skid steer, forklift, etc.
7.
Perform confined space duties 8.
Perform all requirements of 7.
2 space fumigation 9.
Sanitation as assigned and necessary to maintain GMP standards.
10.
Any other jobs deemed necessary by management for the efficient operation of the Ralston Facility, and/or other operations owned by Briess Industries Inc.
*Usual shift hours.
Shift starting and ending times may change at times as required by the needs of the business.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in food plant sanitation and GMP's are preferable.
Must successfully pass OSHA required pulmonary and fit testing for full face respirator mask.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Frequent sitting, talking, hearing, and occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift (60lbs.
), and ability to adjust vision for close vision work.
