Join our team as a busser and host; you will keep busy greeting and managing guests and assisting service staff in the restaurant.
This is a wonderful summer seasonal job for those looking to become servers.

Essential Job Duties: include the following; other duties may be assigned:
Prepares the dining room and patio for guests by cleaning tables and setting condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean, replacing damaged or soiled pages, cleaning chalkboards, and lettering specials on chalkboards.
Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
Supports wait staff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands, trash container liners, and bus stations.
Cleans chairs and tables, sweeps and/or vacuums floors, and removes trash and recyclables to close the dining facility.
Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.

Experience/Education Preferred:
High School diploma, equivalent, or still in school

Work Environment: While performing duties of this job, the employee is exposed to long periods of standing, both in the restaurant and outside patio in the summer.
Working at night can be a difficult adjustment to most employees’ schedules.
