Solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment are a must.
Working knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and office equipment is ideal.
Training provided as needed.
*Responsibilities:*
· Interact via telephone, email, and in-person
· Schedule and maintain multiple calendars
· Work with the Corporate office to ensure accurate account setup and resolve issues
· Maintain files and records in accordance with records retention policy
· Facilitate prompt and correct processing of applications and other business documents
