Front Desk Agent

Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence Skills: - Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles preferred - Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in phone etiquette and operating phone systems - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information Join our team today and enjoy the benefits of working in the hospitality industry.
