Front Desk Agent

The Comfort Inn in Cody has openings for front desk/Guest Services Agents as we prepare for the busy summer season.
Responsibilities include checking in/out of guests.
Maintenance of daily room roster, processing of inquiries for reservations, collection of payment for occupancy and services rendered.
Completion of opening/closing documentation for accounting purposes, opening/closing of cash register, interface with housekeeping and maintenance personnel as necessary.
AM and PM positions available.
Schedule is 32-40 hours per week depending upon occupancy.
Benefits include a wage of $16.
00 per hour, uniforms, hotel and restaurant discounts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to learn our reservation software.
Hotel experience preferred.
Must be able to pass background screening.
