Front Desk Agent

The Best Western Plus ClockTower Inn is looking for a Full Time Front Desk Agent between 4 and 5 days a week.
We are looking for someone Fun, Energetic and Reliable to join our team, Someone who loves guest service, has a positive attitude and demonstrates a team player mentality.
Full flexibility desired with the interest in being able to work all times of the day.
*Job Duties includes but not limited too:* * Checking our guests in and out and posting room charges * Making/ canceling /updating reservations * Ensuring Guest Satisfaction/follow up/resolving booking issues.
* Effective and Efficient communication across all departments * Problem solving skills/Great note taking * Enrolling new members into our rewards program * Performs other duties as assigned.
* Light cleaning of lobby, front desk area, and fitness center * Driving Guest Shuttle to and from pre determined locations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
