Front Desk Agent

The Best Western Plus ClockTower Inn is looking for a Front Desk Agent for our swing shift.
We are looking for someone fun, energetic and reliable to join our team - someone who loves guest service, has a positive attitude and demonstrates a team player mentality.
*Job Duties includes but not limited too:* * Checking our guests in and out and posting room charges * Making/ canceling /updating reservations * Ensuring guest satisfaction/follow up/resolving booking issues.
* Effective and efficient communication across all departments * Problem solving skills/Great note taking * Enrolling new members into our rewards program * Performs other duties as assigned.
* Light cleaning of lobby, front desk area, and fitness center * Driving Guest Shuttle to and from pre determined locations Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.
00 - $16.
