Seeking customer service rep in a fast-paced environment that has skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed efficiently and in a professional manner.
DUTIES: Heavy phone and computer work.
Provide answer/solutions to customer inquiries and problems Responsible for customer retention Call customers to confirm scheduled lawn/tree treatment Maintain customer database Identify customer needs and offer solutions/benefits to sell new or additional services.
Provide assistance to management and field technicians.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of these skills.
Strong general computer and tablet skills a must, 10-key operation, strong math skills, answering multi phone lines, working knowledge of Gmail, Word, Excel, and Excellent customer service.
Multi-Tasker! Reliability and dependability a must! EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and customer service experience.
