Customer and Internal Support Representative
Job Overview:
As a Customer and Internal Support Representative, you will communicate with both
customers and employees across the City Brew organization to answer questions, provide
information, and aid in troubleshooting.
You are responsible for managing and responding to
customer and internal inquiries promptly until resolution.
As a vital part of our support team,
you will work collaboratively with various departments within the company and report on
trends in your areas of responsibility.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Respond to and manage customer inquiries across multiple channels, including but
not limited to the City Brew Website Contact Us page and Internal Help Desk
Answer incoming phone calls
Respond to and manage internal help desk inquiries
Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Report on trends in areas of accountability
Various maintenance and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Positive attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proven customer service/support experience
Problem-solving skills
Technical aptitude
This is a PT position, 15-20 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
Customer Service experience is preferred
