We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and responding efficiently to customer requests and concerns.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and prior customer service experience is preferred.
Being a team-player and adding value to the day-to-day operations, is what we are looking for.
Responsibilities:
* Listen to and understand the concerns of customers and determine whether the Company is able to resolve issues.
* Transfer customers to another department or branch.
* Create reports of customer service calls or concerns.
* Solicit feedback from customers through letters, and e-mails.
