Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.

Duties: - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and filling orders.
- Process customer orders - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers - Utilize a credit card processing system to process transactions and handle cash register duties Experience: - Previous experience in customer service is preferred - Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate pricing information - Experience in outdoor recreation specifically fishing.
