We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Attendant to join our team.
As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and have a critical role in ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Shifts will vary between 7-3pm and 2-10pm.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions to assist guests
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payments
Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great customer service skills - ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in operating computer systems and standard office software
