Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver

Responsibilities: - Safely drive and operate a transport vehicle to transport passengers to their destinations - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine maintenance checks and reporting any issues - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring passenger comfort and satisfaction - Assist passengers with loading and unloading as needed - Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, coworkers, and passengers Experience: - Experience in customer service is highly desirable - Ability to handle minor assistance to patients getting into and out of the vehicle - Familiarity with van driving, bus driving, delivery driving, shuttle driving, or school bus driving is a plus Requirements: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Must be at least 21 years old (age requirements may vary depending on the type of transport vehicle) - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with passengers and coworkers If you have the necessary experience and skills required for this position, we encourage you to apply.
