$10k sign-on bonus over four years ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Secure cargo for transport, using load locks.
Deliver products to customers, unloading and checking in orders, collecting monies, and completion of proper paperwork.
Perform maintenance on vehicle, to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
Provide outstanding customer service during delivery operations.
Maintain required certifications/licenses as required by the employer.
Maintain, secure, and protect property entrusted to you.
Chain and unchain truck tires as needed by DOT.
Maintain logs of working hours, following applicable state and federal regulations.
Check all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate.
Ability to work professionally with team drivers.
If required, load a truck up for delivery.
Any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES Class A driver’s license.
Clean driving record.
Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely at all times.
Able to identify potential maintenance work needed on vehicles.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Previous driving experience High School Diploma or equivalent.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The step height is 20 inches to climb into and out of the truck cab with the ramp.
Lift chains, weighing 46 lbs.
, are lifted over tires at a height of 42 inches.
Lift heights: Totes and boxes, of varying dimensions and weights up to 50 lbs.
, are lifted from the ground to 60-inch height.
Freight weights: Crates, cases, boxes, and totes weigh between 10 lbs.

Lifting and Carrying: Crates, cases, boxes, and totes, weighing up to 35 lbs.

Continuous sitting in a truck seat while driving a truck or helping a driver.
