Truck Driver
We are a small company looking for a CDL driver that enjoys trucking and likes farm equipment.
Our driver has to pay attention to details, work well with customers and other team members.
We work with many implement dealerships and farmers.
We run all 379 Peterbilt with Cat Engines.
We run Lowboys and hopper trailers.
Truck Driver Job Responsibilities:
Drive and operate trucks.
Follow instructions; locate and read location and road maps.
Pre-inspect truck.
Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
Load and unload cargo.
Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.
Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
We offer salary pay after a 3 months’ probation period.
Salary will be determined on experience and motivation.
One year after the start date, if the percentage as exceeded over the salary pay for the year, drivers will receive a bonus.
Truck Driver Skills and Qualifications:
Traffic laws/ DOT regulations/ driving knowledge
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to lift 80 pounds repeatedly throughout day
Able to pass random drug tests
Clean driving record
No DUI/DWI convictions in the past seven years
Listening and verbal communication skills
Dependability
Education, Experience, and Age Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
CDL – Class A
23 years or older
At least 3 years for equipment hauling and 1 year driving experience
