, a FedEx Contractor, is currently hiring for a relief driver to cover a dedicated local solo run.
This could possibly turn into a full-time gig.
Since these are dedicated runs the candidate must have a good work ethic and history.
All newer automatic Volvo trucks.
If hired the candidate will also have a direct line of communication with management and the owner.
The management team and owner understand issues as they also have driving experience.

Duties and Responsibilities • Drive at any time of the week/weekend during the Day or Night • Drop and hook, no touch freight • Notify Management for truck maintenance and service issues • Proper use Electronic Log System • Time management Qualifications for the Job • Class A CDL Drivers License • Tractor and Trailer Experience • 1 year verifiable tractor trailer experience in all 4 seasons over the last 3 years or 5 years within the last 10 years • No felonies in the past 10 years • No more than 2 moving violations within the previous 3 years • Doubles and Triples Endorsement • Able to pass a Background Check • Able to pass pre and random Drug testing Benefits • Weekly Pay/ Direct Deposit • Per-Diem - Government rate • Medical – Employee reduced • Dental • Vision • Vacation – Paid after 1 year • 6 Paid Holidays
