Benefits: Standard; Part-Time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following:
Sick leave benefit – 1 day per month, 12 sick days per year (accrual and availability begins at hire; sick time accrual is pro-rated for part-time hours.

Scope of Position:
To drive TSA vehicles locally as relates to all phases of program implementation, including, but not
limited to: donation pick-ups, food deliveries, picking up of merchandise to and/or from the Thrift
Store, picking up supplies, transporting scrap metal from store, running errands, etc.
To coordinate the proper storing of donated food, gifts-in-kind donations, and government
commodities deliveries to maintain a neat, orderly, safe, and sanitary facility and food/gift-in-kind
distribution operation.
When not doing pick-ups, light maintenance and custodial duties.
Will drive the box truck regularly to Billings to pick up Target merchandise.
Essential Functions:
To manually load and unload vehicles (usually alone) from local store/business donors (almost exclusively food donations).
To follow safe food handling procedures (you will be trained).
To return the required paperwork from the various food sites and/or other donation pick-ups and/or receipts to the Social Services Director or Envoy in charge as directed for recording, filing,
and/or electronic filing/computer input OR as directed, to do the input yourself (you will be trained).
To ensure the vehicle mileage logs are filled out accurately, completely, and timely.
To be responsible for the fueling, washing, and light maintenance/repairs of fleet vehicles when
needed or as directed and to arrange for quarterly auto mechanic servicing of the fleet.
Light Maintenance:
Will perform custodial maintenance: cleaning, maintaining, clearing, straightening, etc.
(Preventative).
Will clear snow from corps porches, steps, and walkways.
Will mow, weed, etc.
weekly or as needed at corps and store.
Will perform light maintenance duties to level of experience and training.
Will be coached by the envoy and volunteers with more maintenance experience.
Will perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, administrator, or designee.
Education and Work Experience:
High School Diploma and/or GED
Previous box truck driving experience preferred (but will mostly be driving a van).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
>Valid Wyoming Drivers License with The Salvation Army Vehicle Driving Certification
>Software-related skills: Efficient (Will Train.

>Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
Ability to grasp, push, pull, and reach overhead.
Ability to operate telephone.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to access and produce information from the computer.
Ability to understand written information.
