Trail horse please - $123,456

In need of a light riding horse, would prefer a mare but doesn’t have to be.
I just want a new horse for fun, fence checking maybe some casual trail riding.
Must be safe and sweet can require maintenance, doesn’t have to be 100% sound every day I can work around their good days (IF price reflects- not paying 8k for a 25 yr old lame horse when people dump them on me for free all the time lol) .
I’m short so doesn’t have to be huge but I like tall horses too so not picky.
We have good grazing, shelter, stalls, plenty of hay and will be a lifelong, loving home.
