Duties Prepare clear and concise reports, memoranda, and emails that describe the data collection techniques and other processes and procedures used, conditions of management of the data and program requirements, and recommended improvements.
Serve as a group lead on developing, implementing, and updating databases according to the program goals.
Summarize and communicate information from meetings and conference calls to brief team members and senior leadership.
Collect, organize, verify, analyze, and report information that summarizes infrastructure and program data.
Research problems and resolve problems in data management prior to reporting the information.
Respond to numerous deadlines, details, inquires, request, and issues for an organization.
Requirements Conditions of Employment You must be a U.

Qualifications In order to be rated as qualified for this position, the HR Office must be able to determine that you meet the education and/or specialized experience requirement - this information must be clearly supported in the resume.
To qualify at the GS-09, you must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-07 level in federal service having demonstrated experience preparing concise reports, updating databases, resolving technical problems in data management, and responding to numerous inquiries.
You could otherwise qualify on the basis of Education having a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.
