*Job Title: *Program Manager *Job Description: *The Program Manager will oversee and manage the storage and distribution operations for a substantial volume of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and government requirements.
This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in warehouse management, particularly in the handling of medical supplies.

* *QUALIFICATIONS:* Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
Experience in managing large-scale distribution operations is essential.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in warehouse management, supply chain, or logistics are a plus.
*Skills:* o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards.

*RESPONSIBILITIES:* 1.
Program Management: · Coordinate and supervise all activities related to storage and distribution, including labor, materials, and space allocation.
· Ensure that all personnel, support, and facilities meet the specified requirements.
2.
Special Handling and Compliance: · Execute special handling processes for domestic and international shipments, including palletizing, weighing, wrapping, and placarding hazardous materials as per DOT regulations.
· Guarantee the viability of all government products stored in the facility based on specified requirements.
3.
Inbound Services: · Oversee receipt and coordination of government-owned medical supplies and pharmaceuticals, maintaining accurate inventory records.
· Manage receiving documentation, ensuring discrepancies are properly annotated.
4.
Outbound Services: · Prepare shipments in accordance with carrier requirements, selecting cost-effective transportation methods.
· Track all shipments and provide transportation tracking information.
5.
Emergency Operations: · Provide after-hours operations as needed for emergency shipments or late arrivals.
6.
Product Rotation and Warehousing: · Offer logistical and supply chain support for a substantial volume of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals, adhering to required storage conditions.
· Ensure full mission capability during normal hours of operation, with provision for weekend and after-hours operations for emergencies.
7.
Product Rotation: · Implement a rotation strategy for the inventory to prevent stock loss due to expiration or obsolescence.
8.
Product Warehousing & Management: Manage up to 320,000 pallet positions for medical supplies, adhering to specified temperature conditions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including those administered by HHS, FDA, DOT, OSHA, and other relevant authorities.
9.
Quality Control: · Adhere to cGMP requirements and government-directed quality assurance standards.
· Implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) to maintain quality characteristics of products.
10.
Regulatory Compliance and Licensing: · Ensure compliance with Federal, state, and local jurisdiction licenses for holding and distributing pharmaceuticals.
· Register for storage and distribution of pharmaceuticals with the FDA.
