ER Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Leader to join our team.
As an ER Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing staff to provide quality care to our clients and patients.
This position requires strong leadership and tactical skills.
You would be leading a team of ~10 technicians and assistants during evening and overnight shifts.
*Duties:* - Regular Development Meetings with your team members.
- Creating Schedule for your team.
- Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and administering medications under the supervision of a DVM.
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist your team during emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the DVM.
- Provide compassionate and supportive care to patients and their families.
- HR functions include: hiring, development, and coaching.
*Requirements:* - High school diploma or equivalent - Demonstrated success in a leadership role.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team *Preferred Skills:* - Previous Veterinary Technician Experience or Licensure - Knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal physiology, and veterinary critical care - Proficiency in animal restraint techniques - Customer Service Background Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.
