Position Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible to assist nursing personnel in providing resident within the scope of his/her certification, training and meeting regulations.
Reporting Relationship: RN on duty and DON.
This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission, Vision and Values of HRH.
It is excepted that the associate will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values- The associates shall support the HRH goals and direction of the quality improvement process.
Appropriate Factors for this position: Standing, walking, sitting, pushing (100+), pulling (100+), lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, filing, typing, xeroxing, talking, Hearing, color vision.
Physical Demands: Lifting objects over 100 lbs.
w/frequent lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
Education:
Education, Experience, and Licensure/Certification Requirements: Requirements arerepresentative of minimum level of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities.
1.
CNA certification in the State of Montana.
2.
Experience as a CNA in an extended Care, LTC setting 3.
Able to read, write at a level to fulfill documentation requirements.
4.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $1,810.
