Qualifications
* Active and valid state license in good standing
* Experience in last 12 months as an LPN/LVN
* Medical Records
* Must be proficient in injections, and sutures and administration of medications in a topical and oral capacity.
* Must be experienced in dealing with high volume patient capacity.
