* Shadow and observe surgical procedures by Fellowship Trained Orthopedic surgeons.
* Participate in peer-to-peer discussions and actively participate in the modification of physician protocols.
* Increase continuity of care by utilizing the open communication between physician and clinician; you are a teammate! * Provide care that is patient-centered and focused on a quality visit.
* Work in 100% outpatient and post-surgical care * Competitive Compensation *Minimum Qualifications:* * Master's or Doctoral degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma.
* Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Montana.
