Responsibilities and Duties: Handle inbound and outbound client calls Handle correspondence via text, email, and fax Complete and prepare claim forms Gather information for plaintiff fact sheets Retrieve and review medical records Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills: You must be at least 18 years of age or older Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Have superior interpersonal and customer service skills Have comprehensive technical skills Have high attention to detail Have the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and priorities Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent
