We are looking to hire a part time Mortgage Field Inspector to conduct property and occupancy inspections on behalf of mortgage companies.
This is a part time commitment with flexible times (daytime hours only).
You can set your own schedule!
Depending on production pay ranges from $700-$900 per month (2-5 days a month).
Coverage area includes: Miles City, Broadus, Colstrip, Lame Deer, Ashland, and Forsyth areas.
Majority of the volume is in Miles City.
The other areas can all be completed in one day a month.
Must have access to Computer/Scanner/Printer, Smartphone (Either Iphone or Droid), and reliable personal vehicle.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Skills Needed: Reliability, great communication, self-motivation, basic computer skills, and professionalism.
Job involves taking pictures of properties and filling out short reports.
No need for prior experience.
