Assistant Store Manager

Description: Looking for an organized, motivated leader with a strong work ethic who can provide excellent customer service skills and possess the ability to work in a team environment.
Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
Successful candidates will have Retail experience, product knowledge, effective people skills, and excel in leading and taking direction while providing exemplary customer service.
Assistant store management candidates are trained in all functions of store management.
They have full responsibility for the store in the absence of the store manager.
Daily routine and assignments consistently require skill and knowledge closely related to the position of Store Manager.
The position requires good mathematics skills, and the ability to learn new programs used during the business day.
Assistant store managers must be committed to excellent customer service.
They should be willing to make a commitment to the position including covering shifts, splitting shifts, problem solving, and making decisions based on logic and reason, not emotions.
