Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and company policies
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in jewelry sales, electronics sales, or technical sales is a plus
