Responsibilities: 1.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2.
Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers in selecting the right vape and glass products based on their needs and preferences.
3.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
4.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays and shelves.
5.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
6.
Uphold store policies and procedures, including age verification for tobacco and vaping products.
7.
Assist in inventory management and restocking products on the sales floor.
8.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and offering promotional deals to customers.
9.
Communicate customer feedback and concerns to the store management team.
10.
Other duties as assigned Requirements: 1.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2.
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
3.
Knowledge and interest in vaping and glass products is a plus.
4.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5.
Ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
6.
Basic math skills and proficiency in operating a cash register.
7.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
