Property Manager/Leasing Agent

We are looking for a great Leasing Agent to assist in the over seeing of existing residential properties, lease up of new ones.
Marketing of new properties.

Must be honest, trustworthy, dependable, hardworking.
Knowledgeable of landlord/tenant laws.
Current Property Management license or Realtor license is a plus.
Abilities: * Problem solving skills * Ability to take direction from a supervisor * Oral & written communication skills * Ability to work with others or independently * Working knowledge of property management * Ability to work with MS Office * Marketing * Ability to multi task * Ability to be flexible * Must be Reliable * Excellent time management skills Functions/Responsibilities: * Show available units * Advertise available units * Assist in rental applications * Market surveys * Assist in overseeing properties/residents * Resident & Owner relations * Work within the property online system * Assist in collecting rents * Assist in processing leasing paperwork * Conducting property inspections * Assist with the move-in & move-out process Please note this job description does not cover or contain a listing of all duties or responsibilities of the position.
Hours are Monday-Friday & everyother Saturday.
Must provide own reliable transportation and have a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Pay DOE Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.
00 - $19.
