*Intermountain Wood Flooring* is a wholesale hardwood flooring distributor.

As such, we provide an industry-leading training program to support you in your sales role.
We are currently seeking a hard working individual to join our team as an outside sales associate covering Billings and surrounding market, including Western North Dakota and South Dakota.
We are focused on a teamwork environment that is fast paced and customer service centered.
To be considered for this position, the sales professional will have experience in B2B, repeat, relationship selling.
Requires an ability to quickly establish relationships of trust, the ability to learn hardwood flooring product lines, and the ability to develop existing and new business through effective selling.
*Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager:* * Maximize sales potential with active customers using the current stable base of business.
* Aggressively prospect for new accounts through new business development.
* Selling prefinished hardwood lines through retail flooring dealers.
Selling and placing display racks in their showrooms and persuading their sales team to sell these lines.
* Selling hardwood flooring and installation sundry items to contractors, flooring installers.
* Be proactive and self motivated in learning all product lines and in the flooring industry.
* Act with absolute honesty and integrity.
Hold yourself accountable.
Work well with the team.
* Provide the best customer service by going the extra mile.
*Requirements of the Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager* * 2 yrs flooring industry preferred.
Retail flooring or hardwood flooring installation experience is highly desirable.
* 2 yrs outside sales experience in B2B or repeat, relationship selling.
* Some college education is desired, but not required.
* Pre-employment drug screens are required.
* Valid and clean driver's license is required.
*Compensation:* Depends on experience.
Will include a base salary plus commission, plus a sales reimbursement.

*Full time position:* Monday through Friday, generally between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
