Inside Sales Representative

*Inside Sales Representative* Ultra Graphics is seeking an experienced individual with a proven track record to join our sales team.
Individuals must have the ability to provide solutions to our current and prospective customers through a consultative/value-based approach.
The ability to maintain and grow their customer base and increase revenue by qualifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
*Position Summary* * Establishing and maintaining value-based relationships with customer * Proactively identify new customers and new project opportunities * Act as a liaison between customer and organization to communicate job specifications and ensure superior product quality * Develop and increase sales with existing customer base * Gain a clear understanding of customers’ business and requirements * Manage customer product and delivery expectations * Maintain regular contact with customers to answer questions and guide customers through product choices and options.
*Our Ideal Candidate* * Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales (preferable in print, advertising or marketing) * Ability to work independently with a high degree of integrity * Ability to sell print products and concepts * Entrepreneurial, energetic and self-driven with the ability to meet sales goals * Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills * Detail oriented with excellent follow through * Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, google suit and ability to learn new software products.
