Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and headquarters are located in Andrews, SC and we have people who work around the globe.
This Sales Executive opportunity will require initial training and frequent trips to our headquarters, but the right individual can be located in the southeast US if they have good access to a metropolitan airport.
* Develops and executes go-to-market strategy to achieve revenue expectations.
* Plans, directs, and communicates monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans to internal and key account leadership.
* Delivers presentations and conducts strategy sessions to create annual operating plan for key national account(s).
* Builds positive relationships with assigned account(s) up to the C-suite level of their organization, as well as providing a link between the account and ErectAstep sales and operations planning.
* Initiates and executes programs and promotions to exponentially grow revenue and margins with key national account(s).
* Reviews business trends, pricing, and protocol to increase incremental growth within customer, based on market performance history and relevant data.
* Manages all aspects of the customer relationship at the national level including recommendations to facilitate national initiatives and growth.
* Represents ErectAstep as account contact with key national account(s) headquarters and division/region leadership to develop and foster collaborative, financially sound working relationships.
* Works with SixAxis Marketing to align promotional interests (Advertising, Media Work, Trade Shows, rebates, etc.
) of parties, with respect the proper budgeting and control processes.
* Leads cross-functional relationships to ensure that agreements and initiatives are developed fully.
* Adjusts strategy appropriately in the face of changing business climates.
* Leverages SixAxis resources to promote and pull-forward commercial relationships.
Resources include Fly In events, Executive Management support for Field and C-Suite meetings, Show Truck leverage, and New Product Development.
* Other duties as business needs dictate.
* 2-5 years’ experience in engineered product sales preferred
* Demonstrated experience planning and implementing successful growth strategies to achieve growth objectives
* Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiating skills
* Flexibility to travel as required – estimated at 50%
* Able to forecast revenue from sales or channel partners and deliver on targets·
* Bachelor degree preferred, MBA a plus.
* Knowledge and experience in profit/loss management.
Proven track record which demonstrates ability to exceed goals.
* Knowledge and experience with distribution channels.
* Knowledge and experience in managing national HQ and division relationships, revenue volume and margin.
* Proficient at achieving and exceeding organizational goals via individual contributions, internal and external communication, collaboration, measuring and sharing results.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated ability to apply consultative skills in a business environment
* Knowledge of business planning and financial performance measures
* Ability to implement creativity and "out of the box' thinking.
* Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
Can maneuver through conflict, anticipates land mines and adjusts approach to act appropriately.
* Computer competency to include Excel, Power point and Graphics.
Use of these skills to develop internal and external presentations.
Responsible for development, growth, brand awareness, and strategic direction to drive ErectAstep Quad Brands Product Family revenue for key national account(s).
Responsible for creating, selling, and managing customer-specific business plans that meet and exceed both customer and company expectations.

Pay: $80,000.
