*Floor Sales Associate* The duties of the Sales Associate are to drive sales by providing world class customer service by demonstrating and encouraging Billings Hardware’s core values in order to achieve our vision of being the place that our communities can rely on.
*Floor Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:* * Serves customers by helping them select products.
* Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
* Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
* Responds to customers’ questions.
* Directs customers by escorting them to the desired products.
* Provides outstanding customer service.
* Conscious of shoplifting activity and reports to management immediately.
* Alerts management of potential security issues.
* Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
* Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements and provide this information to customers.
* Continually works on increasing knowledge of the products we sell and their uses.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.
