Role Overview: As a Territory Sales Manager at Fabral, an FGM brand, you will own the entire B2B sales cycle across the Montana market.
Your efforts here, and the opportunities they create, will have critical impact to future success of our residential products division.
Those who find success here use all the tools in their sales-toolbelt, since in this role you’ll generate & qualify leads, nurture those opportunities into successful sales, and continue cultivating those customer relationships to build long-term partnerships.
**Position can be based remotely out of Bozeman, MT with expectation of travel** In this role, you will: Build strong relationships with people at all levels within customer organizations, including decision makers & executives.
Own the entire sales cycle for new, and existing, B2B customers – including lead generation, negotiation, closing, account management, and future opportunities.
Travel to meet your customers & customer groups, going onsite to better understand needs, gather requirements, and prepare proposals or presentations.
Partner with leadership, pricing, procurement, PMs, operations, and production to ensure a smooth delivery & a satisfied customer.
Document your efforts in our CRM, participate in sales trainings, and attend company meetings.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree AND 2+ years B2B sales experience; OR 5+ years B2B sales experience Experience in Building Materials preferred, but will consider those with demonstrable knowledge in similar industries (construction, architectural services, metals, etc.
) Experience meeting/exceeding sales goals using consultative, solution-based sales techniques.
Ability to read, and comprehend contracts, diagrams, construction drawings, building plans, and various other technical documents.
Willingness to work in a collaborative, team-based environment where success is dependent on regular communication and clear & consistent documentation (using a CRM)
