*The Account/Sales Manager position is key to growing our DSD footprint in Montana and the surrounding states.
Working closely with our Merchandising Manager, this professional will significantly contribute to our growth in customers and sales, improvement of operations and management of client relationships.
This is both a strategic leadership and hands on position.

The following describes the role’s current responsibilities and will change according to the company’s needs and goals.
*In this role, you are responsible for the following in your assigned market area:*
· *Managing store presence; DSD retail presentation*
* Overseeing work across territories for quality/consistency (cleanliness, fullness, rotation) via in-person visits, remote oversight, communication with stores, DSD personnel, and customers
* Working with customers and DSD team to resolve in-store issues (deliveries, merchandising, special events, requests)
· *Training the Retail team as needed*
* Establishing standards for merchandising and retail presentation
* Communicating and teaching these standards to store personnel as needed
· *Growing (net) sales*
* Visiting and improving poor-performing stores, districts, and customers
* Working with store personnel to grow sales, identify and solve problems
* Training stores re: properly handling and merchandising product, working through issues and raising standards in pursuit of better per-store performance
· *Special projects and program setup*
* Owning rollouts for new programs, including technical setup, decision-making, and in-store setup
* Organizing operations as needed for new programs
*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):*
* DSD customer sales; overall sales performance, growth, resilience, and consistency
* Customer satisfaction -- request turnaround times, # of issues, qualitative feedback
*Physical Requirements (with or without accommodations):*
* Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
* Ability to lift 50 lbs.

* Ability to drive for multiple hours, you must have a valid Driver's License, qualify for Company insurance, and a clean DMV record
* Ability to stay overnight to make customer calls
