In this role you will work with Cerium Networks’ customers in a consultative manner to discover, design and recommend solutions to meet business outcomes.
This role requires strong customer engagement, obtaining and maintaining industry identified certifications and aligning with sales teams to drive solution understanding and adoption into our client base.
Additionally, building bill of materials (BOM), statement of works (SOW) for discovered solutions, and transitioning the build/implementation to the delivery teams while maintaining engagement throughout the process.
Demonstrated competence discovering, designing, and presenting infrastructure solutions.
Experience with Microsoft Teams for Calling, meeting, and video conferencing, including direct route and survivability requirements.
Teams compatible Contact Center solution experience
Experience with session boarder controllers like AudioCodes, Cisco, Sonus and other networking solutions compatible with Microsoft Teams
Experience with endpoint solutions such as Poly or other compatible Microsoft Teams endpoints.
Demonstrated success in working with clients in presales or consulting engagements related to business application workloads.
Assist in driving sales and meeting financial objectives.
The ideal candidate will be capable of addressing all the previously mentioned skill sets and have a proven and consistent track record in doing so.
Requirements:
2+ years of solution design experience required.
4-year college degree preferred
Microsoft Pre-Sales Certification preferred - Microsoft 365, Azure Architect, Security
Analytical skills and proven ability to work with a client to understand requirements and define appropriate solution.
Comfortable communicating and leading client meetings at a business and technical level.
Interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to map business needs to technological solutions.
Required strong verbal and written communication skills along with a willingness to mentor others in both technical and soft-skill areas.
Strong organization abilities
This position is in any one of Cerium's locations throughout the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID, MT).
Compensation
Base Pay Range: $110,000 to $140,000 (depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
)
Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
