*Position Summary:*
King’s Cupboard, a nationally-recognized manufacturer of premium chocolate and caramel sauces in Red Lodge, MT is hiring a production cook.
This is a full-time, 10 hours per day, 4 days per week position (Monday-Thursday) 6 a.
m.
- 4:30 p.
m.
Some, infrequent overtime is possible.
*Essential Functions*
Assists with batch production processes in a commercial kitchen.
Loads kettles, manages cooking process, performs sanitation procedures (dishwashing, line sanitizing, equipment washdown, etc.
), moves and measures materials.
Must have the ability to perform repetitive lifting of ingredients and materials.
*Education and Experience*
· GED
·Some kitchen experience strongly preferred; will consider other manufacturing experience or similar.
*Knowledge and Skills*
· Basic math skills.
Ability to lift 60 pounds repetitively.
*Compensation and Benefits*
Hourly compensation will be commensurate with applicable prior experience and ability.

This position is very active and requires significant standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling and the ability to lift and move items up to 60 lbs.
