*_ Grains of Montana Bakery is a wholesale manufacturing bakery company that seeks a full-time Mixer.
*NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

*This position reports to the Head Mixer and the Production Manager.
The Mixer is responsible for scaling ingredients and mixing doughs.
We seek a motivated individual who can work clean, is organized, neat and a quick thinking multitasker that takes great pride in the work they do.
*Responsibilities and Duties* -Ensure items are scaled accurately -Be well organized -Learn to read dough temperatures and dough development -Keep work area, tools and supplies clean, organized and sanitary throughout the shift -Follow all GMP's and Safety Procedures -Perform other duties as requested by Production Manager -Flexible on work schedule *Qualifications and Skills* -High School diploma or equivalent work experience -Reading, writing and basic math skills -The mixing area and tools will be maintained to a high standard of cleanliness -Ability to work independently with minimum supervision -Ability to stoop, kneel, climb, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, talk, hear, lift and perform repetitive motions -_*Ability to frequently lift objects up to 50 pounds waist high*_ _*-Must be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally*_ -Ability to operate a pallet jack -Ability to work well with entire baking team -Ability to move from one task to another with minimal distraction -Have strong communication skills; written and verbal *Benefits* Job Type: Full-time 401K match Paid Time Off Health Insurance Purchase bakery products at wholesale pricing Uniforms furnished Monday - Thursday 6AM-5:00PM Three day weekends!
