Job Title: Service Plumber
Location: Sheridan / Buffalo
Pay Scale: up to $35.
00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, overtime available
Primary Job Function: This is manual work of service, installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in mostly residential settings.
Work involves performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment.
Routine maintenance, service, and repair work are performed independently.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of plumbing experience in residential service and installations
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Must pass drug and background screens
Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient of reading blueprints
Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
Willing to work in all types of weather
Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade
Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work
Journeyman Plumbers license desired
