Under the direction of the unit manager, carry out day to day farming and cattle operations at the Game Farm.
This includes organizing the crew, maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, as well as forage and cattle production.
As a front line leader, a strong safety emphasis for all crew members is a major responsibility of this position.
The foreman will report issues, opportunities and needs to the unit manager.
Some record keeping in equipment maintenance, yields, water usage etc.

Further, in consideration of the vision of ownership and management, the foreman will provide strategic input, recommendations for budgeting needs, and operational improvements.
